Tatoo ideas are very important to help you find the exact tatoo that you want. There are several tips that must be considered before your ultimate decision. I personally, have found these tips over the course of the years through several mistakes, but I hope I can pass my tatoo experiences on to you at an early stage.

Tip #1

My first piece of advice for tatoo ideas is to remember that your tatoo lasts forever. This may sound overly obvious, however you'd be suprised how many times you'll see that guy with his ex-girlfriend's name on his shoulder from 10 years ago. Remember that relationships don't last forever and tatoos do! Similarly, fads will come and go as well. For example, dont just get the tribal band because you see a football star who has one, but if you truely like the way the tribal band looks, by all means go for it!

Tip #2

This may be equally if not more important when researching tatoo ideas, choose your tatoo artists wisely!!! Go to the artist and ask to see some of his or her previous work and ask if you can meet some past clients, if they say no or your not impressed find someone new, theres plenty out there. Secondly don't let the price decide who does your tatoo, in 20 years from now that extra 50 bucks is gonna be entirely worth it!

Tip #3

When you go to meet your artist, ask to see their sterilization certificates, and make sure they are vaccinated against diseases such as hepatitis. Also keep in mind that these diseases can be passed on through using not only the same needles but also the same inks. Remember, a good parlor isn't going to mind you asking any of these questions, so can you really trust the ones who give you trouble for doing so?
